The racing venue is equipped with a 24-hour electronic monitoring system, while security guards keep patrolling all the time. A fast linkage mechanism has been set up with local police stations (during the event, the venue will be settled by policemen) to guarantee the personal and property safety of participants.

During the event, the venue will be settled by doctors from local hospitals. 

The venue provides public liability insurance，and personal casualty insurance will be sold by local insurance company at the site.
